A Pagani Zonda R new costs around a million euros and is not road legal. Owning a Pagani Zonda R is therefore quite an investment, so why not build one yourself? That is what Nick Truman from Bahrein (or he has moved now) has been doing for 5 years of his life.
The Pagani Zonda R inspired scratch built car is not road worthy there, since it is right hand drive. Nick did had some pretty nice and fast drives in the desert. The replica car originally started with a Jaguar 5.3l V12 coupled to an Audi gearbox, but he later changed the engine to an Audi 3.75L V8. The body is the full size of the Pagani Zonda C12 and is made of fibre glass.
Perfection is not included in this. The man describes that the body still needs a lot of work, as does the interior. Nick is also in possession of some real Pagani Zonda R side skirts, but due to a lack of time he didn’t got the time to finish it. Better thing about the car is that it does include a carbon fibre rear wing, central locking, electric windows, ABS, electric power steering (which needs re-wiring) spare keys. The car also has a working carPC running on Windows 10, plus a Sony Stereo system that can be controlled via the carPC. You can have the car for only £4,000.
The car has could be seen a lot all over the internet and we have found a video of the man describing the car. Enjoy!
